Esther made an appeal to the king for her life and for the lives of her people because God needed them to return to Jerusalem some day in order to fulfill the scriptures. We need to pray for any nations that were established upon Godly principles. America is one such nation, and our governing churches need to travail in prayer until Christ is formed in the people to the tune of what God desires. It is vital that we submit our will to the will of God. God’s thoughts are higher than our thoughts, and his ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8–9). It’s not more important what we desire but what God wants. What does God feel or think? (Jeremiah 29:11) That is what truly matters. Let’s pray against the spirit Haman possessed, which stirred in him a bitter hatred toward the chosen of God and ignited a desire to commit genocide against all that God desired.
Also, we need to set our eyes on this murdering spirit that is trying to devour the innocence of our children. Let every wicked spirit mentioned in II Timothy 3:1–13 be put on notice. The Holy Ghost is speaking expressly to the righteous who love Jesus Christ, those who have faith in God and trust in the revealed word and mysteries of the kingdom. God is sending a roar out of Zion. So, cry loud and spare not; the righteous shall not be pushed into a corner. The chosen generation, the royal priesthood, the holy nation, and the peculiar intercessors of the King of kings and the Lord of lords are not going to run into hiding. They’re not going to give up and quit. In spite of these light afflictions, the righteous shall declare and decree their trust in the Lord with all of their heart. They shall not lean to their own understanding, but in all of their ways, they shall acknowledge that their God is among them. Indeed, he’s in the room. Can you get into agreement with the Holy Spirit? Lord, let every intercessor acknowledge that God is with us. He is not asleep. He is not weak. He is not slack concerning his promises. He is not mocked, and neither has he been made a fool of. We trust the Lord to lead us, guide us, and give us our direction and our marching orders!
Let the fervent, effectual intercession of Christ’s warriors cause this spirit of death to be broken over the nations of the righteous. We shall live with the power of our God in us, and we shall not die at the bidding of Christ’s enemies or the desire of demons. So, prayer warrior, let’s contend for the desire(s) of our God… It’s time to bind this spirit of murder and genocide over the nations of the righteous and loose the spirit of life!
